I think it’s more like 5. That would be 3 consecutive sweeps.
Lmao, you guys are nuts if you think Joe is getting canned here in the next couple weeks. He's won 97, 103, 92, and 95 games the last 4 years.
If anything I could see them making a move on a new pitching coach if this keeps up but Joe is on the last year of his contract. They'll either have a good year and renew him, he'll decide he wants to retire, or theyll have a bad season and he'll be done with Girardi taking over in 2020.
Have a feeling you could be seeing Edwards in Des Moines here shortly.

If the Cubs end up losing 15 straight, there is no doubt he’ll be canned.
But they won’t.
That being said, the FO doesn’t like Joe. There’s a reason Girardi didn’t take a job this offseason and Rossy wasn’t looked at for the bench job
It's quite shocking how bad this season has started. I realize there is a lot of baseball left to play, but I'm amazed at how bad this team is right now. Basic, simple stuff. It's as if they freaked out once they finished Spring Training.
Yikes. 131 million dollar pitching staff.Saw a cool stat on ESPN a little bit ago.
Through a team's first 7 games the 2019 Cubs have allowed more runs and walked more batters than any other team IN THE LAST 100 YEARS.
