As we approach B12 midpoint, who you got as all-conference?

KC
D. Wade - K-State
Alex Robinson - TCU
D. Lawson - Ku
J. Culver - TxT
B. Brown - K-State
M. Shayok - ISU (6th man)

D. Lawson - POY

Scott Drew - COY

Swap Brown and Shayok. No way the scoring leader who is top 10 in field goal percentage should be left off. Then I'd even be tempted to put Christian James in over Brown after the swap.

COY is tough being so early, but Weber probably deserves a nod over Drew.

The leading scorer on one of the best teams in the conference can't even crack first team? Typical.

Has Wade played in half of ksu's conference games? He may end up there but he's not all conference at this point. I'd give it to Stokes before him.

Shayok is 1st team right now, not 6th man. I'd bump Robinson and add James from OU.

POY- Lawson's #s give him the nod right now but if KSU is top 2 or 3 and Brown keeps up what he's doing he'd get my vote at the end of the season

You are picking Wade straight off past and you being a KState fan.
He's got 51 total points in conference play.

Yeah, pretty much like ISU fans picking Wigginton because he was so good last year, although, Wade has actually had a couple decent games. Still has a long ways to go to get to all conference.

Yep. No one is saying Wade isnt good but he's been hurt and missed some time. Not his fault but you cant give him a midseason award on past stats.

This 5-game winning streak started in the second with Wade's return. I wouldn't trade him for anyone in the league because he's a master in all phases of the game and a strong leader, and by the way, that includes Barry Brown. Wade's matches with Lawson should be epic. Shayok is a scorer, no doubt.

Wade and Lawson won't really be matching up much will they? I mean not when both Mawien and Wade are in. Garrett will be on Wade.

Garrett may be on Wade, but I wouldn't be surprised if Dean is on Lawson when Lawson is at the 4-spot particularly. Dean is a great defender. Lawson, well, I'm not so sure Self will want him guarding Wade and getting himself in foul trouble. I suppose Xavier Sneed will cover Vick, although Weber may send Barry Brown over there as he did with Culver last night.

Lawson is never at the 4 spot now that Doke is gone. If Wade is on Lawson, he needs to be careful about fouls as well. Lawson has been a really good defender as well for KU.

You know, I was rooting for ISU, TxT, or KSU to dethrone KU this year. However, after yet another bull**** Surly troll thread, I hope K State loses every game left on their schedule. If it came down to Kansas or K State, I would rather KU win the league again.

So ****ing tired of these usual "KState is the greatest and I'll take a jab at ISU on their own fan website" Surly threads.
