The only thing I didn't like was how much Purdy had to tuck the ball and run, but that couldn't be helped.
At least he’s learned how to slide, and his game management has been great. Twice they had to hurry and spike the ball, and everyone was in the same page.

Solid, Workman like effort and execution in that half.

Clock-management well-done on that drive. Thought we might take one more shot at the end zone, but safer to get 3.
The only thing I thought we should have done if we knew we were just going to kick would have been to wait to spike the ball to ensure it was the final play of the half. But that’s splitting hairs.
I’ll take it! Great first half.
