Do you really think from a practical point of view the difference between top 40-70 in FBS is a good comparison point to understand the differences in the bottom 70-80 in FCS, which has far more teams? And really helps us understand why it matters?

Interesting - I first visited UIW in 2000 or 2001. Their colors have / had always been red and black, as I recall. They must have re-branded a bit.
