Welcome to CA Paul. Commuting the 405 will test your patience some days and you won't like the taxes, but coaching games at the Rose Bowl with highly rated recruits will be cool. Good luck!

That's a good gig for him.

Happy to hear this news for Coach Rhoads. I knew quite a few players that played under him when I was in school and they all loved the man. Nothing but love and respect from me for Coach Rhoads!

Feel for the guy as head coach to position coach is a bit of a tumble. But maybe it's the job he wants, and hell, he kind of joined a sinking ship at Arkansas. Not all his fault.

Good Airports for recruits!! but you could use the forest fires, apocalyptic traffic, or bullets as an excuse to not get good recruits to campus.

Couldn't resist.....sorry....happy for you CPR. Say hi to Steve Alford.

No, it was Head Coach to Secondary Coach, to Defensive Coordinator, to Secondary Coach.

Congrats to Paul though. I'd love to have his millions and be living in southern California.
I'm guessing his home dwelling will be a bit smaller than it was in Ames. $5 mil doesn't go as far in Southern CA.

Not exactly sure.
Wonder how long before his old boss is divorced if he doesn't find a gig soon. He was able to use Alvarez's system at Wisky. Doesn't work at many other schools outside that school because it is an old method and takes awhile to develop

I don't have any good photo editing program, but I have an Idea in my brain about a SoCal Paul that I would like to see.

Chip Kelly put's his defensive coordinators in tough situations with the offense he runs. I wish CRP all the best.

Paul is a great guy but I don't think we have to feel sorry for him. He walked with $5+ million. He's probably happy just to coach without the head guy pressure and enjoy the sun,

Wish the best for him.

Rhoads in Los Angeles would make for a funny sitcom. In all fairness, I wouldn't fit in well there either
