Gals take on Tulane at 2:00 Friday. With the payperview ripoff from Flohoopers it's not likely to have much of a viewing audience.

Gals had a small clinic with some kids the other day. Pictures posted were not that good except for these two, these were good photos.

Fernstrom sighting last night while watching Gophers versus Xavier. 13 minutes and 6 rebounds. Thought she looked heavy and slow. Gophers won.

The Gophers Carlie Wagner is one of the buffest looking gals in P5. With her arms and shoulders definition she should model for LifeTime Fitness. * She looks to be in great shape and played 40 minutes (again).

Even as we get more athletic most of our team still looks like they never pick up anything heavier than a basketball. Sort of old Georges Niang before he reformed his diet and workout approach.

I haven't seen the team in person, but due to a lot of new players on the court the results might not be evident. Last year's team certainly showed evidence of Baier's strength and conditioning.

Irony - both our opponents - Tulane and Central Michigan have already played and beaten Vanderbilt, who we will play as part of the SEC/Big 12 challenge in a week from today in Nashville.
