I had a tough time choosing between green bean casserole and mashed potatoes. It basically came down to how crunchy the onion things on top of the green bean casserole are and since they're almost always not crunchy enough, because they tend to be warmed up on the microwave at the last minute, I went with the safe choice of mashed potatoes. I may have spent way too much time thinking about this.
