Yes D'Andre Payne. I dont know why 3 people thought your post was funny. I wouldve thought most people would agree that one of our DBs running with the football a couple times would be a good thing.
I've also got a gold one at home from a KU basketball game...signed by Hoiberg after the game, which we won.

I think the only one in my possession is from the 2006 Nebraska game that was on ABC. Painted a letter on my chest and got on TV for 3 seconds. That was the extent to which that night was memorable.
No, Iowa State also handed out gold towels at the 2012 Liberty Bowl game. A game that went quite poorly. Doesn't mean we shouldn't do it, but it's not a magical talisman.
Don't they always hand some sort of towel out during the homecoming game? I know I've seen the student section get white towels before

Don't think the wife would have gone for that, last year we had twin boys right after Cubs World Series and almost had her with Bryant and Rizz for names...
Good idea but probably tough to pull off in 30-40 degree weather. Most people will wear whatever colored ISU jacket that they own over the top of layers. Towels will help make the crowd look more unified.
