Pull him in the third? That's a little early especially knowing Lackey gets better as the game goes on, and he's pitching on 7 days rest after a shortened outing.

Hell yes, I don't care if he's on twenty days of rest. The guy can't go an inning without giving up a hit, it's only a matter of time before he gives up another homer..

Knowing he only went another inning no, not worth it. But at the time I didn't even consider it.
