Can't say I'm one bit surprised to see this happen. Timing is somewhat odd, but I'd been saying all week he was the first one who needed to go. Hasn't made sound decisions with the revenue sports since arriving in Lincoln. Riley wasn't the guy from the beginning and him getting the job isn't on him. It is on the man who hired him.

Why is the timing odd? Lose to NIU on Saturday = fire AD asap. Asap turned out to be today.
