A neighbor and good friend of mine is a police officer. Every time I saw him for a while I started yelling "5-0!"
My wife was watching one of those "pick a house" shows on HGTV or whatever channel. The guy was deciding between places on Maui. During one part of the show they were talking about a pineapple plantation and I learned that it takes 18 months to grow one pineapple. Who would have thunk it took so long to grow a pineapple.
