One fact check.... LaVonte David was on NU 2010 and 2011 which was their first two years in the Big 10 not the Big 12.

2010 was Nebraska's last season in the Big 12. I know that because I watched the Missouri and Kansas State games from that year over the weekend.

NU's first year was 2011.

2010 was the last time ISU played NU for one last shot to...never mind.

Come on @JaredStansbury, every year I try to tell myself to have low expectations, but then you talk about Jacob Park as breaking every passing record ever! Now I am gonna build myself up...

It would be cool for a podcast if you did "reason to believe and not believe in Iowa State football 2017."

We all have hundreds of reasons "not to believe" in Iowa State football. Just give me the reasons to believe, and hurry, before the season starts!

Unfortunately, we have become Iowa "show me" State. Too many years of expectations and epic failure. It feels like this is going to be a better season, but I will not get too high on things until I see an OL and DL that can dominate UNI. Until that happens, the chances of success relies on the offense putting up TT under Mike Leach numbers to win games.

Can't wait until Sep 2nd to see what ISU has.

I will not get excited until this team starts to get wins. The time of getting "high" over marginal progress on the field without wins is over.
