If you & JC don't behave, I'll spam the thread with Orangutan photos & gifs!
More monkey spam is fine with me.

Yesterday, I attended our last track and field day. Today, she gets to read a story she wrote in front of her grade for her class's graduation ceremony from the school's science program. She's certainly ready for middle school and has a really neat group of friends but I don't know if I'm ready to have no more elementary school kids.

My obscure monkey day contribution.

Mark Wahlburg, in an interview, related how director Tim Burton ask him during filming of Planet of the Apes if he wanted to "get funky with the monkey". In other words, did he think his astronaut character should have a sex scene with Helena Bonham Carter's chimp character. Of course, they did not, but "get funky with the monkey" is one of my go to euphemism that no one gets but me.

There's a photobomb making the rounds...a wedding shoot with a cow mounting another cow in the background. People were confused in the comments as to why the one on top wasn't the bull (he was standing behind them). After a bunch of people tried explaining, this gal came back with a hilarious post:
Ah, I see now. It's lesbian cow porn to get the male riled up! Guess the males of many species really aren't that different from each other!

Never heard it described quite that way... :D

Lol! We were driving through the lake district and baby sheep were frolicking. Then I a saw two baby sheep doing that and it kinda ruined the quaintness
