Iowa won a wild one yesterday against Maryland, who had their ace on the mound that sported a sub 2.00 ERA.

Play top seeded Nebraska today at approximately 12:30 Central time.

Iowa took 2 out of 3 against Nebraska this season in Lincoln.

Thanks for the reminder that college baseball exists.

And it's nothing to do with ISU having a team or not. The only thing I've ever known about ISU baseball is that they dropped the program, and Iowa fans make it a talking point outside of bragging about a somewhat decent football history, when in fact I can't remember a single grand scope relevant college baseball season or team ever.

Agreed, sounds like Alabama has him in their sights for their opening.

Hoping he turns that down if they are indeed interested as Iowa would not be able to compete with an SEC type salary in baseball.
