Green and Lathon seem to be similar players who will finish rated close to eachother as far as recruiting rankings go. Green has a better shot but Lathon looks like more of an athlete. If Green continues to get taller and stronger... look out because he can already get buckets, has great handles, and is a good decision maker.

It's probably too early to tell who will be the big players in Lathon's recruitment. I know he's listed Mizzou as a "dream school" though so they could be a favorite if Cuonzo is interested. For Green I would think ISU has to have as good of shot as any if he doesn't pick UNI. And I would also think the state and future outlook of UNI's roster has to be a concern for him as a composite Top 100 recruit.

Looks like Prohm is going to go after Lathon. He just started following him on twitter. I think with McNeil gone, he sees Lathon as the replacement. Lathon already had one visit here, I imagine they will try to get him back again this summer now that they have offered.

Quick update on Teddy Allen.

The work put in by 2018 wing Timmy Allen of the Compton Magic to get himself into top shape hasn't gone unnoticed. The results are evident with his improved explosion and ability to hound players defensively. Carrying offers from UCLA, USC, UC Irvine, Utah, California, Lehigh, Iowa State, Arizona State, Nebraska, Creighton and Grand Canyon, Allen has put himself in position for a run at the Rivals150.

Weekend review of Jalen Suggs 2020 guard.

On the opening day of the Under Armour Association third session, Jalen Suggs and his Team Sizzle team found themselves down nearly 20 points with five minutes left in the 4th quarter against We R 1. That’s when Suggs, a 6-foot-3 combination guard, ramped things up a notch, scoring 19 straight points, including four three-pointers and multiple plus one finishes at the rim, and nearly pulling off the come back. Win or lose, it was a ridiculous showing by Suggs, who is regarded as one of the best guards in the 2020 class. Suggs is equipped with a quick first step, quality athleticism and has the ability to score it from all three levels, as well as distribute and set up teammates.
Recruiting: Minnesota, Marquette, Iowa, Memphis, Iowa State & others

Iowa State is making an impression on 2018 4-star guard Tyler Harris, who hopes to visit and decide in the fall: http://bit.ly/2rfzrw2

There seems to be some confusion on the different recruiting sites as to whether he's a 2017 or 2018 kid.

Rivals and Max Preps has him as a 2017 kid and Scout and Verbal Commits have him as 2018. I'm not seeing anything that says 100% either way.

Here's some good video of him. I can see why we've offered. I would expect offers to keep coming in for him.
