I mounted mine like this so I have easier access. Plus I didn't want to be looking at something on the wall 3 feet above my head.

Hey, I bought that same mount!

Heavy, solid, and a great price.

For cables or mounts....ALWAYS use Monoprice or Amazon. Sometimes Amazon cables are just as cheap and if you're prime you won't have to pay for shipping like you would on Monoprice. Anyway....Monoprice is the shizznit!

I buy all mounts, cables, and cable ties from monoprice. If you get the slimline mounts make sure you also order the 90 degree elbows to keep the cable from pushing into the wall. They work really well. I have the elbows on all my hdmi''s and coax.

Those 90 degree elbows are so clutch.

I've bought a ton of stuff from monoprice - always a great value! As someone else mentioned, if you have amazon prime, monoprice may cost more when you factor in shipping, so compare both.

I've bought several of the ultra slim hdmi cables and couldn't be more pleased. They are fantastic. HDMI in the same size cable as your phone charging cord with no degredation in quality!

I installed 3 of these in my last house.

Super cheap, and have had no issues. The only thing to be aware of, which I knew from the reviews ahead of time, is that the built in level is hit/miss. Just ignore it and use your own, or test it first with your own, to be safe.

As for Monoprice in general, I've spent hundreds of dollars there over the past 5-6 years. They're awesome, and they're only getting more awesomer by the day.

I'd be surprised if they made their cables in house? Seems like that'd be more expensive.

Well only one way to find out!

You're right! Maybe I was thinking they designed their cables in house? Google is failing me though. Ah well, still great cables.
