See, this would make sense if we were talking about the National Inquirer. But what possible reason would Al-Jazeera have to publish a story like this if there wasn't something to it?

In an attempt to gain a new demographic? Look, I'm not a "zomg, muslims! they must be full of ****!" guy, I'm just always wary of any journalistic entity taking a foray into sports when that isn't the field they operate in for the vast majority of their work.

Right, I only trust sports news from ESPN.

Al-Jazeera is about as reputable as you can get. The same people that don't understand that are the same people that get scared when they see a Hindu guy in the grocery store.

Yeah......,but have you seen that guy!!:swoon:

I'm not a doctor, but from seeing recent pictures of Manning I think the only things he's putting in his body is Chicken Parms and Papa Johns.

This doctor isn't much of a businessman. "Hey athletes, come use HGH so you can throw wounded ducks with a dead arm, just like Peyton Manning".

So there is no proof, just some guy saying someone else told him that Peyton was using hgh. Sounds legit, great reporting.

To me, the best way to judge whether there's any merit to this is whether the athlete field a defamation suit. Needless to say, there haven't been too many to date. If Peyton is willing to go to court over his reputation then I'll believe that he didn't do it.

Entire thing is already debunked. I guess he can sue Al Jazeera and Huffington Post, which would be fantastic. HP is still running with the story.

Interesting the way things are today. You say nothing and you are guilty, if you come out and defend yourself your guilty.

My guess is there is some degree of truth to it, and he doesn't want anything to play out in court

The only "source" there was already recanted the whole thing. The clinic said no, and so did the Colts. There are 0 people currently saying this occurred.

Al Jazeera is a terrorist sympathizer network that is full of trash journalists. No surprise that they once again get a story completely wrong.

If only they had used nearly double digit unnamed sources as opposed to one named source who wasn't even at the clinic until two years later and has now said the whole thing is a lie.

If you threaten a suit and then do not follow through, it would make you wonder. I hope he does sue so this can be cleared up.

And, what the hell is oxygen therapy?
