How is that possibly worth less than one from a neutral position?

As a mostly casual when it comes to wrestling explain this. A reversal being a point less than a takedown seems weird.
I could also see it making people less aggressive in the mat to avoid getting reversed
They still took his only slightly less problematic brother. I don't think any of them are worth the headache.
