Suggestions for Falling/Staying Asleep!!
While you are entitled to your opinions, I’ll agree to disagree. I was able to do my sleep study at home, and it was anything but worthless. I was found to have a severe case of obstructive sleep apnea, and was prescribed a machine within 48hrs.- StormnClone58
