Yes they are. Shelter in Place warnings for Kossuth and Winnebago counties (Iowa), and for Blue Earth, Faribault, Freeborn, Martin, and Waseca counties (Minnesota) until 9am tomorrow. All Faribault County roads closed at 2pm. Kossuth County has tow ban in place. Winnebago County pulled plows... -

Mason City has now roped off playground equipment and shelter houses in city parks (restrooms and drinking fountains were already shut off). Walking trails and dog trails still open; use social distancing standards. -
