    Raccoon River beer is disgusting. Court Ave Brewery is much better, and their seasonals are actually something I look forward too. Raccoon River root beer isn't bad, though, and their food is better than Court Ave.

    I'm pretty sure athletic scholarships are paid through an endowment and not through the general fund. I don't think they are getting their tuition through tax money. Now if you are donating to the endowment then I would agree.

    I don't think they can use their own departments in that way. I'm pretty sure that any construction would need to be bid on since ISU is part of the state government.

    directv. the only time i get comcast+ is when there is a sports game on. the rest of the time, it doesn't come it. but i am not sure if the only programming on comcast+ is sports games. i don't subscribe to it, i know that, at least.
