Was about to say the same thing. I'm not saying he is terrible, but just not a high quality p5 coach. He had one amazing run with VCU to the final four, and he was annointed. He is 37-37 at Texas. Most people could do that.

My God. I just witnessed a Texas player supposed to shoot 2 free throws. Shoots 1 misses, Michigan rebounds and everyone acts like it was missed front end of a 1 and 1. Texas players run back for defense and Michigan players run to set up offense. Then the refs blow the whistle to stop play to reset for the second free throw.

Wasn't it an ISU vs KU game where KU rebounded the first FT miss and ran down and made a 3 and they let it count and then went back and shot the other FT?

Texas is a profoundly mediocre team. Sloppy, poor fundamentals, and can't shoot.

How do you get all those 5* recruits and still play .500 ball?
