I'm looking for ideas for a vacation over winter break (ISU break) that doesn't break the bank and doesn't involve everyday on a beach. Beaches can certainly be involved but there needs to be some sights as well. Skiing isn't an option but it doesn't have to be a beach vacation either. Sightseeing, food, and culture with only moderately warm weather is fine.
It doesn't need to be "cheep" but there are limits for sure.
Any good experiences to recommend?
TIA!
