2) It was nice getting to spend that much time with my father. He'll be 67 in the Spring and I'm not sure how many more projects like these we'll have time to share together. Enjoy the moments.

Dad's 84 old age is catching up with him especially the last 5 yrs or so, just grateful that I still get to work with him.

I'm good.
One of the problems of reaching your 70s (Lew's there already - I have one more month) is recognizing your own mortality. I've lived probably 3/4 of my life already. My father and grandfather lived to 95+, so there's room for optimism. But seeing those two posts back to back kind of sends a shiver down my spine, especially since I'm older than one of them!
No hard feelings...just a reaction.

I would send them a bill for storage immediately, cheap storage as they are now sitting outside. Hopefully you haven't purchased seed and it is a good time to check out other brands. (I feels it's never best to be 100% any company). You didn't mention the company but I had a good assumption what brand it was.

Obviously, I know these people well. The owner called and apologized for his 23 yr old nephew but the nephew needs to call. The threat was that if I didn't delete the slanderous post on here about their farm/ company he would post something bad about my daughter on social platforms.

As I have posted on CF before, my wife is an attorney (Although Iowa grad) and is on top of this too. I am not going to mention any last names, company names, or brands.

I have other stuff to do more important this afternoon like moving some cattle to a new field.

Yeah, people can threaten me and insult me as much as they want. Go after my wife or kids and I’m done with them, period. I don’t allow my family to be used.

If it’s the company I think, they hand out free seed left and right. Get your money back. You will most likely see a yield bump planting different companies. You are taking a hit sticking with one.

Time to get out of house and hobble over to the gym.

City just sprayed mo' stuff on the road. I am at the base of one of the only real hills in my city and they used to salt the heck out of it, now it's spray stuff. Still kills my curbside lawn.
