EIU is a whole different team without #33. They're looking lost out there.
Audi is great finishing around the rim but force feeding the post constantly totally ruins the offensive flow. And she's a liability on defense. I'm not saying she shouldn't play but Bill needs to figure some things out and change some stuff. We have a bunch of good 3pt shooters that just are never in a rhythm
Harris and/or Hansford getting out of their funks is going to be an absolute necessity if we're going to hang around with UCONN. I generally like what I see from Harris, the shots just aren't falling.
I like the speed that Taulelei operates with down low. I'd like to see a bit more from her on the court in these easy games to see if she can hang on defense come Big 12 time. Just got a block too.
We aren’t making the 3 from the baseline. Move Hansford and others more out front they are better, at least I think so. Would love to see a shot chart.
We won by 32. Hit some shots, things look better. Have to adjust feeding the post when teams sag like EIU did at the end of the 2nd quarter. Need to notice that and run more motion. End of 3rd, 4th when we hit shots things looked much better and half that time was no Audi or Addi. We have a tough on on Tuesday against UCONN let's see improvement from the South Carolina game, then everything still in reach in the Big 12. No great teams so if the team can get more, hit open shots and limit turnovers Big 12 is still in reach. They have work to do for sure but lots of season still left.

that 5th starting spot could be Joens, Harris or Tanke. See who wants it.
I hope during the next off-season, Audi develops a better passing game, both to cutters and spot-up shooters.
You underestimate how easy it is to get into the tourney, now advancing out of the opening weekend is another question.
This team needs to get back to the end of last yr. It was a good motion offense that was fun to watch.
Heck to be fair she has 2 full months to work on that now, including darn close to a month with no classes to develop it. She's a smart kid with a lot of talent she could learn quickly. IMO
It also means that teammates will have to do better at making cuts and getting to their spots for shots.
The plus side, as I mention in my summary, the team looked 100% different in the second half. Harris and Hansford hit shots. Ball movement was much better. My biggest long term hope is twofold. (1) see Lilly T get into the system more. I see lots of potential here. As others noted…she moves very well. (2) continuity from our outside shooters. Who will it be? Harris? Joens? To have 2-3 more threats would be superb
I have liked what I saw with her so far pretty limited minutes. I wonder if there is a more efficient use for Alisa if we can load more center minutes onto Lilly. Hard to say have Williams play the 4 as Addy is so good and Harris does a decent backup job.
