Did you and Lew get to sit together this time?
Yes, but the flights were broken up Hawai'i to LAX, LAX to ORD, ORD to DSM. Longest leg was 4.5 hours, so no laying down this time. Started our trip yesterday morning. 4 hour time change, 2 layovers totalling 5 hours., total of about 22 hours on the road in cars, planes & airports. I'm awake, but exhausted. And now we need to go get groceries. Blerg...

More importantly, did you renew your membership in the Mile High Club, @ImJustKCClone?
Came close...the guys on the first flight had their seats reclined all the way, and I was trying to climb over Lew to get to the bathroom. It probably looked like we were trying that!

Does putting a sheet of plywood underneath help with the stability/firmness of a mattress?

If so any suggestions for thickness? Or products that are similar that don't require hauling a plank from Menards in December?

I think it does, I've heard of people doing that before. What kind of bed frame do you have?

I have a 14 inch king that came in a box and my bed I made myself. 2 drawer boxes on each side with short planks in the middle.

It's an older spring support of some sort.

The mattress sinks on the sides.

What size bed?

Full or queen.

Another bed has a box frame under it and seems firmer so I may just take the mattress from this bad bed and put it on that box to see if it makes a difference, or if the mattress is just cooked no matter what.

Not exactly sure.

Is there cross supports on the frame?

Sons have Wolverine and Deadpool on.
Watched it last night. Enjoyed it. Can't imagine anyone else playing Deadpool other than Ryan Reynolds.

Watching the egg bowl. The Old Miss QB just broke Eli Mannings record. So they had Eli congratulating the QB on it (on air, not at the field). Does Eli think the QB is watching the game on TV?

That's a LOT of poop and pee. Even not counting the cats that's around 200 gallons of weewee and 550 pounds of poo a year .

Figured out yet that I am home alone today and sort of bored this morning? ;)

I only get a small volume of deer, bunny rat and chipmunk poop/pee in my yard. Also an occasional gross raccoon poop.
Boxter, please show calculations with results underlined. Numbers do not compute.

THS is why we have cats. Seven of them, and even with the litter included they still don't produce as much as you say Buster does!
That's a lotta cats! Not a big cat guy but our Henri is a sweetie. She is 16. Sleeps across my ankles at night. She has recently stopped using her litter box. Our master bath shower is now a great big litter box. Just need to pick up after her before the puppers gobble up those "baby ruth's".
