The homeowner of the house we're building now runs like a safety/OSHA compliance business and he had us put a board across every window and door so that we don't fall out of them. Wait until he sees us walking on walls and putting trusses up.

Yeah, just extremely frustrating getting ****** If ver day after day and nothing changes because they are stuck in the early 2000’s and don’t understand how everything works now. Makes my brain hurt.

Started the day at .5 rain finished with 1.75. Dredge ditch running N of Dysart was full at about 830

Well had 6000 Casey points saved up, makes for a $1.20/gallon discount, the pump malfunctions and shuts off at 17.5 gallons instead of the 20 your allowed. Restart pump sans discount pum0 on another 13 gallons. Sigh. Gas in Vinton is cheap 2.83.

Was watching the news and saw the PM of Grenada and thought he really looks young. Turns out he is 45, how in the world did the U.S. end up with to octogenarians running? We should be able to do better. I apologize for the cave adjacent post.

I never got anyone to ever call me back about an appraisal on the land I own in Missouri. I just got a letter from another land broker that offered me a pretty decent offer. I'm seriously considering it.
It's almost 2.5x what I paid for it.
Now I'm just trying to figure out if this is all just scammers

We have found them to be the winner. Parents always stop there now coming back from the farm/seeing family in the Garwin and Gladbrook area. There is also a Kwik Star on the south side of town that is in the same price range.
