I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this is probably the death blow for KXNO. I have a feeling Iheart is gonna walk away from local programming.
Miller and Condon are independent contractors and actually purchase their airtime. Not sure how this would affect that show though.

The Caitin Clark effect is the death of KXNO. Used to love Murph & Andy but then it became the CC show. I stopped listening. The only other show that I listen to is DP and even they are getting why everyone, including her teammates don't like her.

I’m actually quite sad about this. My favorite radio show / podcast since forever. The only reason I listened to KXNO really.
Same. I called this when AD stepped aside.

I have no info but I would be stunned if they didn’t have something in place with CW to pod once or twice a week on Iowa Everywhere

I haven't been able to listen this afternoon live.....was this M&A's decision or KXnO's to end the show?

I've podcasted the M&A Show every day for over a decade now, going back before iHeart had an app and you had to track down the episodes on their website and download them. Sad day for me but will free up a bit of my time to find other interesting shows to podcast.

Agree with others though that the other 2 shows with actual iHeart employees aren't gonna be around much longer. Will be curious to see if Miller & Condon will still be able to buy airtime or if iHeart will just move to all national syndication and try to get more money selling ads.

Damn - that's actually a huge bummer. We all have our opinions on KXNO, but I'd take subpar local radio over national talking heads like Cowherd and Chris Broussard talking about pro teams I don't give a **** about 24/7. I really hope they end up with a podcast on Iowa Everywhere.

As others have said, I didn't always love the content but it's far and away the best show KXNO had, and I'm sure whatever national garbage they replace it with wont be any better.
If they go with live, it will be last hour of Cowherd followed by Doug Gottlieb. Or possibly Cowherd on delay. At times, Cowherd is almost tolerable depending on the guest, but no idea how Gottlieb continues to be on the air.

The last time I was down south I caught part of the Paul Finebaum(?) Show all about the SEC it made me dumber just listening to it. Holy cow if that qualified as good sports radio just take it off the air.
