I don’t want to downplay mental health as I have friends and colleagues who struggle with some pretty heavy stuff but to me it seems he just has really bad temper/anger problem and he has trouble controlling it.

Blast me if I’m out of line but that’s not a mental health issue it’s a not growing the F up issue.
You're not necessarily wrong to question it.

The thing that was a real surprise to me is in his farewell Twitter statement to ISU & fans, he referenced issues that sounded like thoughts of suicide from the way it read. So I was under the impression he'd be taking some time off from hoops. His issues sounded pretty severe from his description.

And then weeks later he's in the portal seemingly all better. Maybe it was as simple as a medication adjustment IDK. But I was surprised to see him return to hoops so quickly.

My understanding is that after the loss to Texas he said "we were out coached again" which was his demise. I could be wrong.

I believe it was way more than that.

Impulse control, anger, and executive functioning can often be results of trauma and failed mental (cognitive/behavioral) maturity.

It’s very much in the realm of mental health
Lots of guys that age are borderline nuts even without the pressures of P5 conference basketball. There's a lot going on in these kids lives beyond basketball. I just hope he lands on his feet and is happy.

Big shoutout to CycloneFanatic for saving me thousands of dollars in nutritional and physical fitness consulting and professional mental health care.

Keep on keeping on.

Grill just had a sweet 2 hand reverse jam against Jackson State. I'll post a clip later if I can find it.

People really need to learn to not say anything if they can’t say anything nice. The ejection was unfortunate but clear overreaction by the official.

Pretty sure you can't touch an official and then keep talking **** after getting a T for it.

There's far more 'hope he gets the help he needs' type of stuff than dragging him because his actions look similar to last season.

Cool dunk.

L at home to Jackson St. umm…

Not good.

That’s going to look terrible to the committee if they’re anywhere near the bubble in March.

The only reason I have any difficulty cheering for Caleb is that he is wearing black and gold...that is tough.
