The first part of The Office may have been the best 10 minutes of that show - ever.

"The fire is shooting at us!"

I liked the CPR training. Especially when Dwight cuts up the dummy and puts the dummy's face onto his as a mask. :biglaugh:

I don't get having an Office episode when over 50% of the population is driving home from a party. Will it be re-aired?

Overall I was not impressed ... funny moments, but their almost getting Michael "too dumb". That "pigeons fly west for the winter" was just too dumb.

The movie thing with Andy being confused and the Silence of the lambs scene were saving graces.

I agree, there was some funny moments, but overall it's been going downhill. The last really good episode was when Andy found out about Dwight and Angela, and they haven't even touched that subject since. Makes no sense whatsoever.

I don't get this either.

The show after the first part was average. Had some very funny moments, but the lead in was by far the best part and one of the better ones the show has had.

We had to watch that about 5 times. I could not even breathe I was laughing so hard.

I paused it just as the cat was coming back down and went slo-mo. Because naturally - that's just what you do when a cat comes crashing through the ceiling on a TV show.

The cat landed first on it's front legs. And it certainly looked to be a real cat that came crashing back down. How many calls did NBC get from PITA on that one?

They didn't show the cat getting out, so I can only assume the cat got into the hall where the fire was, accidentally jumped in the trash can, burst into flames and then ran ablaze about the building...
