They changed that a couple years back, I believe it’s junior now. Nojus is a junior and committed after taking an official.

Yes. “Official” visits can start being taken August 1st before their junior year but unofficial visits can be taken at any age and you can go on as many unofficial visits as you’d like.

Right, and I was saying when official visits can be taken. Until then they’re unofficial visits. And since Stinson is a 2025 recruit, yes, that would make him a Sophomore

Should be a good one. Valley has a ton of really young talent on the court so I'd probably give Waukee the edge. Being said, the Valley kids are still really good with several D1 athletes on the squad.

Good point. They can probably hook in through mission control. Might have trouble with the others getting the TV remote in the future by watching a IA HS hoops game.

Game just started. Biliew matched up against Stinson defensively to start.

In the first five minutes, Stinson does NOT look like a D1 player. He must have 5 turnovers already and has missed all of his shots badly. He's young, though, so lots of room for improvement.

He's only a freshman. I don't watch enough high school basketball to know what other D1 prospects looked like as freshman though.

My guess is he'll be pretty good. He's already got enough size, just needs to keep developing.
