Announcers in Colorado Game said he has already been accepted.

Anyone else hear about this before tonight?

I'm glad to have him sticking around and helping out the program.

Petey can hang around as long as he wants as far as I'm concerned.

If anyone would have told me that he'd be Top 15 all time in 3-pointers in 2 years at ISU, I would have had them committed. He's one of the good ones.

Man, I'm shocked that with this type of stuff...more people are not flocking to become Cyclone athletes.

What are you talking about? I was just kidding. Petey and everyone knows that most all players in the Big 12 wont go pro.

Everyone loves Petey. How can you not? Simple joke. Deep breath. Relax.

I just found it highly ironic, especially compared to your posts in the game thread about negative posters. :)

No need to tell me to relax, I just got done eating some wings and am on beer #2.

I much prefer Petey helping our team in this capacity instead of him being forced into playing 30 minutes a night because of various issues. He'll make a great coach IMO. He understands the game well.

Petey is a class act. He will make a great coach, and can stay in Cyclone country as long as he wants. We are glad to have him.

Re: Peterson Graduate Assistant next year?

This is great. Petey gets an opportunity to get a start in his coaching career, and he'll be able to help groom future guards for the 'Clones having experience playing for McDermott.

Is that really true? If so, that is flat out shocking. I'll say that he is pretty consistant...usually hits a three or two a game.

ajk4st8 I have no idea how anyone wouldn't understand that as a joke, and there's a big difference between a joke and alot of the negative crap on this site. You must not be a member of the clique.

Shot 38.4% last year and is shooting 34.2% this year so far.

I think Petey is at 76 or so right now.
