Wanst he good as a freshman at Minnesota? I mean fuk, is he doing this on purpose
I think his freshman year was the last year before they moved the 3 point line back, which would explain his higher % that year.

Don’t mind me. I’m just laying in bed with a decent buzz trying to figure out how an open 3 from the corner can hit the top of the backboard. I want a full investigation done. I need this thing fully mapped out. I want interviews conducted with anyone who had a good vantage point. I need answers.
Abridged version, he no 3-shooter.

Have a nice sleep!

sound off already celebrating. They’d never tweet anything like that after an Iowa State blowout.

Oh no, can't be. That andy f grew up in another state. Why would he take complete satisfaction in anything hawkeye? Guy is super jealous of Hassel for one, an gets pissed when sipker is on, because it shows how stupid he really is. Oh poor Andy.

sucks to lose the game.

I bet on a neutral court in 10 games ISU wins 5 or 6.

In carver, probably 3 or 4.

In hilton probably 7 or 8.

Sometimes players brick every shot, it just happens.

My boss at work would hate that excuse..."it just happens." Especially when it rarely "happens" to the other team when they play us...do we even attempt to improve on the offensive side of the ball??? That's half the game. I'm glad we're a good defensive team. But our margin for error is virtually nil when the offense is this poor.

That's just a really really douchy move by a "bipartisan" show. It's why I refuse to listen to those a-holes.
I mean… A. It is accurate. B. Who the **** cares if they were mocking ISU a bit. We got curbstomped. There was no exciting game to talk about because it was over from the very start. C There is no bias. And nobody cares if there is. It doesn’t matter.

TJ thought this was a cake walk. Good learning experience for him
It's been an uphill battle getting ISU rosters to take this rivalry as seriously as the squawks for a while now, especially in basketball. Don't apologize for that, particularly in basketball. I know it sucks, and trust me, I'm going to pay the price for it as much as anyone at work and in my personal life.

But TJ cares. He gets it. TJ spoke to this in the postgame. I needed to hear it, and maybe you do too. TJ apologized to all of us who care about ISU basketball and this rivalry. For their lack of effort, for not showing up, for getting outworked. He promised it would never happen again. I, for one, will take take him at his word.

It sucks to have to wear this one as much as it possibly could. The toll will be immense and devastatingly painful. But I do think this team will be better for it. Our program will be better for it. Our culture will be better for it.

TJ gets it. When's the last time our head coach would comment on how the fans feel about a game like this... maybe Johnny Orr? (Whose teams would and have done the same thing many times on the road)

Fred wouldn't apologize to you... Larry wouldn't give a **** what you think. Tim Floyd might say it, but he wouldn't mean it with one foot out the door. etc.

I say let the worst basketball fanbase in America say what they want to say. They don't know ****. They are ****. Hold your head high. WE WILL rally the troops, WE WILL circle the wagons, WE WILL re-focus and grow. WE WILL hang another banner while eiu fades and chokes, AGAIN.

We suffered a humiliating defeat tonight, no doubt. But it's not even debatable who is winning the war. And it's because of fans, loyal sons, like you. Don't ever back down from that position. Don't ever regret that passion. Don't ever minimize the part you play in it.

At Iowa State we will fight for our place in the sun, in the face of ANY adversity, against any and all odds. We will never give up, we will never back down, we will never surrender. We aren't going anywhere. No matter what.
I think some of us care too much about Iowa, this rivalry, and what our friends think. For me this one is a little worse than any other non-con loss…but I would way rather beat KU. I didn’t know a single player on the Iowa team a week ago, learned one of the Murray kids was back a few days ago, and only during the game found out Fran still had two sons playing.

Sounds like football.
