No kidding... If he was smart enough to do this at 14 what will he be capable of later in life? The charged him with impersonating an officer. Not sure specifically what the penalty is on that but now he will probly be against law enforcement and turn out to be some mastermind criminal.

It isn't tough to be a cop in Chicago. This 14 year old is more than likely smarter than 80% of their current force.
