A few things

UConn is really, really good. Better than North Carolina. Way better defensively.

Every weird bounce went straight to UConn. Just one of those games.

We need to turn them over to get our offense.

I really like what I'm seeing out of Lipsey. Legit tough to keep out of the lane off the dribble.

All in all, it feels like we should be down 20. Credit to the team that they're not. Foul trouble is going to haunt us in this one, and I have a feeling we are going to see some strange lineup combinations by the time this is through.

Feels like the Miami game. We have a good game plan. They are just better right now and making the ball bounce their way.

Agree but this team has been proven to get red hot for 5-10 minute stretches. If we can keep it to single digits, we’ll have a chance if our best players can stay on the court.

Defensively, we were pretty solid. However, we lacked in controlling the rebound to end the possession, so they got multiple attempts every damn possession. They're only shooting 34.5%, but if you get 2-3 cracks at it, that average will hold up.

It’s the old Houston strategy. Can’t shoot a lick but we will dominate the boards and get second chances.

I think our defense is better. We are holding them to lower FG%. They have 16 offensive rebounds. That’s the entire difference in the game so far.

Well that and they're +17 in free throws... In the first ******* half!

Is there a way to auto ignore a keyword? Blaming the refs for everything gets super old.

The refs aren't making us miss shots. Or make bad passes, or not rotate on some of the screens they are getting back cuts on. But they are ******* up their job by not calling exactly the same way on both ends. How about that I didn't blame them for everything.

No they haven’t. We have gotten called for a few ticky tack fouls yes, but we are reaching and committing some really stupid contact. UConn is really good walking that line of physical defense without fouling. They should have been called for a couple that I thought were obvious fouls, but in general they are moving their feet really well and are not reaching or impeding movement that constitutes a foul.

OK they haven't fouled AS MUCH as us, but they have fouled MORE THAN they have been called for. How about that?
