When I saw him taking so much aggressiveness on offense I was a little scared, but he has truly improved so much on that end of the court.

Jones had some flashes last year but couldnt quite get there. He has impoved and now he can do the things he couldnt quite do before.

It makes me think of Conditt. He had flashes but never really improved. I guess coaching matters.
