1-5 in Week 1 with losses to Montana, Utah State, Nevada, Purdue, and Kansas State. Yikes. Kudos to Oregon for getting past Fresno State.

I look around JTS last night and just realize how damn lucky some of these schools are just to be where they are with horrible fan support.
Fwiw, fresno st is good, and had already played a game last week, so no jitters. Coworker bet large on them.
Couldn't have said this better........
half the power 5 schools are a joke when it comes to support and even their program. Yet somehow ISU (and the rest of the big12) add no value?
What those conferences should say is "we would like to accept you, but we currently half the schools in our league we are subsidizing. So we need to add a major brand to cover that."
The only two "Major brands" left on the table is Notre Dame and kind of BYU.
