Spot on...very cool! Interesting too that the BIG has 4 of the top 10 underachievers...making it easy for the others to chalk up gaudy win-loss numbers.

Sure, although the Big 10 also has 4 of the top 10 overachievers.

I think another interesting thing that the article brings up is what this says about recruiting. Because iirc, 6/10 teams are in the Midwest (and Oklahoma State would function similarly). How much of it is a case of teams like Iowa State and Wisconsin doing less with more, and how much of it is that their players were underrated to begin with. I’m sure it’s a matter of both, but it is interesting to think about.
