Heacock was a Broyles finalist which I'm sure Parker has been at some point since he's been at Iowa forever (assuming he's still there). I know a lot of coaches from big name programs have came to Iowa State to try and learn his defense so yeah I'll say Heacock is better

I think Iowa’s defense is usually very good. Just because Iowa plays some crappy offenses, it doesn’t negate that their defense is good.
