Irrelevant comment: Looking at his Junior Year highlights got me to wondering how many sets of uniforms does that high school have?
And the team in all purple w/ yellow helmets kinda sucks.

Or they thought he could do even more damage if they got the ball to him in space more often. It looks like he lined up in the slot for most of his Junior year according to his highlights. His HS team must have had a pretty good RB to push Adams outside.

..............J.o.k.e.............I'm sure that's very likely, but I was being sarcastic due the RB that "pushed him outside" was '21 Cyclone signee Eli Sanders.
Always thought he should switched to slot WR. Struggled to start at Temple this year.Is he faster than Real Mitchell? That kid had alien speed.
I feel for him a bit. Talented but always had an elite talent come and take his spot. He was foolish to not change positions. Kid would be a 4 year starter if he was a receiver IMO.Always thought he should switched to slot WR. Struggled to start at Temple this year.
Freshman year Quaron was faster than Senior Year Re-al Mitchell by a pretty wide margin... And Quaron was like 5'3"I feel for him a bit. Talented but always had an elite talent come and take his spot. He was foolish to not change positions. Kid would be a 4 year starter if he was a receiver IMO.
I don't see why him being 5'3'' is relevant? Maybe over 100 m he's faster but Real had probably the craziest acceleration I've ever seen.Freshman year Quaron was faster than Senior Year Re-al Mitchell by a pretty wide margin... And Quaron was like 5'3"
Because when he was no longer a Freshman he was no longer 5'3. (Guessing he got faster)I don't see why him being 5'3'' is relevant? Maybe over 100 m he's faster but Real had probably the craziest acceleration I've ever seen.
Longer stride doesn't mean faster necessarily, body mass and inertia will influence him differently.Because when he was no longer a Freshman he was no longer 5'3. (Guessing he got faster)
So you think an elite athlete got slower between his freshman and senior year in high school?Longer stride doesn't mean faster necessarily, body mass and inertia will influence him differently.
Probably not slower. I knew a guy at ISU who ran about a 10.4 100m. He always told me how hard every tenth was to gain.So you think an elite athlete got slower between his freshman and senior year in high school?
Everybody knows a guy.Probably not slower. I knew a guy at ISU who ran about a 10.4 100m. He always told me how hard every tenth was to gain.

Re-al's speed isn't in the same category. Re-al was very fast. Adams is NCAA Championship fast. And his acceleration is better than Re-al's.I don't see why him being 5'3'' is relevant? Maybe over 100 m he's faster but Real had probably the craziest acceleration I've ever seen.
I don’t think you really know how much of an insane improvement getting to a 10.3 or a 10.2 is. Ruggs is also about 190lbs and Adams will have to put on at least 10-15lbs to play power 5 footballRe-al's speed isn't in the same category. Re-al was very fast. Adams is NCAA Championship fast. Henry Ruggs (the BAMA burner who ran a 4.27 40) ran a 10.42s 100m dash as a senior.
If Quaron improves into the 10.3s or 10.2s, he could possiby break the 4.20s 40m barrier.
Didn't Smith just win a Heisman at like a buck 70?I don’t think you really know how much of an insane improvement getting to a 10.3 or a 10.2 is. Ruggs is also about 190lbs and Adams will have to put on at least 10-15lbs to play power 5 football
