If Fred didn’t leave the cupboard bare... we’d currently be in a different situation.

Not true, but even if it was, that was five years ago. If you can't build a competitive roster in that amount of time, especially coming off the success we were riding, it's just one more reason for him to go. It's not like he inherited a dumpster fire. He's created a dumpster fire.

There were a ton of red flags in year 1, the sweet 16 Virginia game was horrific, and the Purdue game in year 2 equally as bad.

EXACTLY! And what he did to those teams, which had as much talent as anyone in the country, is even more infuriating than what we are seeing right now. Those were WASTED opportunities that we will never get back.

KSU game next week could be the season. Lose that one, I think the team is checked out, and if we go winless in conf, Prohm is done. Pandemic or not, o-fer you don’t survive.

I was thinking the same thing my friend, NO way that Jamie can bring CSP back next year with ZERO Wins in Conference Play.....

HellsBells this year resembles Glen Anderson's last year, which was one of the worst all time.

Losing is really starting to wear on these guys and if they keep on losing its just a Death Spiral to the end of the season....

Watched his post game...he is a defeated guy

just rattling off random statements

really sad, he needs to get out, reflect on what he did here, and rebuild his career...Greg McDermott looked at what he did, learned from it and is a lot better coach now...steve should do the same

Yeah. Reminded me of the movie "U571" where Harvey Keitel's character tells Matthew McConaughey's character to don't ever say "you don't know" in front of the crew. And that the sub captain knows everything even when he doesn't. I hope things turn around for the programs sake. He needs to resign and hand the reigns to an assistant. Hopefully try to tell the players it's not their fault and don't give up on ISU.

I would agree that this is the most damming thing for prohm right now. If we aren't playing for the future in a lost season then what the hell are we doing?

He’s always loved “the seniors”, no matter who they are, too much to do that. Drives me nuts though.

Seniors are great. But I'm meh on ones that a) aren't 4 year guys and b) have contributed to some of our worst efforts in school history
