I was also moved by how emotional Campbell was when the TV folks interviewed him immediately after the game. He wasn't emotional for himself, but for his players and coaches.

Campbell is the personification of all that's right about collegiate athletics and ISU couldn't ask for a better representative of our values. It's a perfect marriage which I hope lasts for decades.

These little things are part of the reason I get more and more sure that he won’t leave any time soon. There are so many other things he seems to REALLY care about as a coach more than money or fame.

It's all about his priorities and his goals, but I think there's something to be said for not only turning around a program, but staying and being the coach that defines that program.

MC can stay and have a legacy similar to Snyder, Fry, Beamer, Alvarez. We'll see.
