No, but the black uniforms are awesome. I thank the boys in Iowa City for inventing them.

Watched Nebraska in their black uniforms yesterday. Looked like high school rejects, but I think they were trying to fool the fans and pretend they were someone else. 
The funny part is that black, silver, cardinal and gold were colors the school was considering before going with cardinal and gold. So we technically do have history with black and silver.
In some alternate reality we have looked like the Raiders this entire time and our campus is in West Des Moines or Marshalltown. Lol

The Arizona Cardinals IMO know how to mix black, red, and yellow in just the right way. Mostly black and white with some red accents and hardly any yellow at all....
No. And, the black helmets with all red uni's should be outlawed. Those are as bad as the grey/red/gold disaster they tried a couple of years ago. I think our alternate uniforms should be cardinal helmet and jersey with , wait for it,........gold pants. That would be crazy, I know.
Looks too much like Louisville. Remember when everyone threw a hissy because we looked like USC with the Rhoades era uniforms?

This is a good time for me to say, for the 100th time: those anthracite/gray uniforms the basketball team wears should be burned and never spoken of again.
Yes, we should change our entire universities official colors including all of the other team uniforms as well as things like marching band etc., because we’ve won a few games in black and white and the boys look sharp in it.
I refuse to buy any ISU apparel in black. Grey is as close as it gets.
My brother in law (a Hawk Grad) tweaked me a few years ago buying a black ISU t-shirt. NEEDLESS TO SAY, it is worn under sweatshirts.
Iowa wouldn't wear cardinal. Ohio State wouldn't wear blue, Oklahoma wouldn't wear orange.
