It is simply the sum of the first 2 recruits being in the top 400. Keep in mind that we are only 6 positions higher right now, but again, this is based on 2 recruits, and our ranking will increase with additional recruits. Many of the teams behind Iowa only have 1 or 2 recruits...once they get another 3 star (or higher), every one of them will pass Iowa.
