Did you not have much in there? Presumably not, since you're traveling. But I get it, like you did all the work to break in and didn't take anything so what was the point, just to be ********?

The only two things worth stealing was a Kitchen Aid mixer from the 60s that I hadn't moved in to my new place yet. That was before they sold off the brand to Whirlpool and it went down hill with more plastic parts.

Bought it in Ames from a very nice grandma and she wanted to sell it to someone that bakes. I bought it for a dozen cookies and $50. Plus I sat and talked to her and her husband of 50ish years for a couple hours. The mixer was on their wedding registry. I would've been gutted if it was gone.

$200-300 on ebay too. They didn't even touch it. Now it's been moved into my apartment.

Other thing was a heavy duty battery powered jump starter. Bought it for $140.

Like now I'm thinking I made someone mad or someone thought it was someone else's car

If you are upset nothing was stolen, I can give you my address and you can send me $500 if that makes you feel better

This sounds more and more like a personal left swipe from some CWW. Better she bust your windows than come at you with a fish knife in your sleep. o_O

I have another cricket in the basement. The hunt is going to be more challenging than the others. He is only chipping intermittently. Going to be hard to locate.

Just got back into town. Bugs were crazy bad once the sun set. My windshield was clean when I left St. Joseph, MO. I'll post a picture later as it's too large to upload from my phone

What a great day! Met up with ISU niece for a FB Sat. Met in Ames just in time to learn the game was rolled back to 1. Breakfast at Perkins then a visit to the TipTop Lounge it was packed like shoulder to shoulder hold your beer above your chest packed. Went and killed some time at the Memorial Union then went over to tailgate. Caught a couple of tailgates then the game and the weather just kept getting better all afternoon. After the game we went and visited her friends new food truck Chicago Treats it was really good.

On the trip home stopped to get gas and decided to stop at the local brewery turned out they were having a shrimp boil it was excellent.

Caught up with @BCClone during halftime. May have had a KC sighting, KC was your van/bus parked down by the south side of the road next to Hilton? I thought I saw you getting in it but wasn't sure so I didn't pop in to say hi.

Not me. We've been parking in C5, driving our taco car.
