On parking, saw one stupid thing, that at least is simple to fix..but was causing major traffic back up.So, for the S lots coming in from the south:
-Mistake 1: They had no one at the entrance looking to make sure all entering had a pass (so there were some turning around further in).
-Mistake 2: While it only took a few minutes to come up from 30 on University, as soon as we entered the access road around the S lots we came to stop and it took at least 10 minutes to from S5 to S6! This also caused the traffic behind to back up and flow out onto University so know one could enter the lots.
Why was this happening was be because instead of being at the entrance to each S lot to pull the bottom off the parking pass, the ones staffing S6 were out in the middle of the access road checking every car before it could move on and creating a major traffic jam. Just let them pull into the lots, so others can swing around and problem solved. When we finally got up to those doing this, I mentioned they were causing major jams, just step back to the actual lot entrance..they looked back clueless and said its ok, we are almost full. Not the point, you will block it as long as you are out here.
By the way, this was 8:30, not early, but not delay time yet.
