Jennifer capriati she was a top 15 player at under 15 I think.

Hopefully we have a new young American star in the making, in women's tennis.
American Women's tennis is in a great place thanks to the popularity brought by the Williams sisters. They just had a 17 year old, Amanda Anisimova, make it to the semifinals of the French Open by beating the #1 player in the world. Madison Keys and Sloan Stephens have a lot of good years left too. The American men, however...... Every current one that is decent is around 30 years or older and on the back end of their careers (which weren't that great to begin with). Hopefully there is a phenom or two that will come up in the next 10 years, because I feel like the sport is losing interest here.
