Nice, I've only had it one time and liked it a lot. I think they have the best fries for a "fast food" restaurant. I don't mind the prices either, because I know it's high quality.

Bbops burger doesn't even come close to Five guy's. Bbops fries is the only redeeming quality about that place.

West Ames needs more options. The only options over there for fast food are Subway, Jimmy johns, Mcdicks, Papa Johns, or Chinese.

?? They use fresh ground beef and grill it front of you. If you go to Mcdicks or B-Bops you are getting a frozen patty of mystery meat. I'll take the fresh ground beef any day of the week.

Five Guys is really awful. I couldn't finish the burger, the fries were really greasy, but the kick to the nuts was the 15 bucks I shelled out for a lousy burger, fries and shake.Hard to see how they stay in business.

Who says I like 'mcdicks' or b-bops? Five Guys have absolutely zero flavor. If I'm going to be basically eating grease for lunch, I'd like to taste something. And don't get me started on their fries.

west ames. north ames. lincoln way. campus town.

i wish the city of ames wouldn't put everything onto the main entrance into town. in any well-planned community you wouldn't have a street no where near most residences in a flood plain that has all of your destination options.
