Welp, that didn't last long. Leaving the Alma Mater after 3 years and one NCAA Tournament certainly is a way to go.

Wow, say goodbye to TCU being any good. And seems like a weird hire for UCLA. Basically similar to Alford except not a douche.
Hopefully this means TCU will stop dominating us now.
They realize they are getting Ben Howland again right?
ISU offered a couple of guys that committed to TCU. Wonder if they will get back involved with them. P.J. Fuller was one. Can't remember the other.
Good, I liked TCU better when they sucked. We need 2-3 teams in the conference that we have a really good shot at sweeping every year.
While I think Dixon is a good coach, that's a job that needs some flash. I don't know if he's got that LA personality.
I was hoping this would happen. Now get Beard to UT and all would be right in the Big XII. I would rather UT be strong and TCU and TT be down. Gives the conference better stability or at the minimum perception is better.
Not really. Dixon can actually coach in addition to being able to recruit well.
Look at Alford's resume. Not much different than Dixon's. Pretty similar winning percentage. Alford has more sweet sixteen appearances but Dixon has an elite eight. Alford recruited well at UCLA.
I disagree. Dixon is way better than Alford.
