So likely LW back in the starting lineup, Tyrese running point, Talley and Lard (hopefully) first off the bench.

I'm interested to see how this goes. I don't love the combo of both Halliburten and Babb at the same time, as both are facilitators, and their combination leaves 2/5 of the lineup not necessarily looking to score.

This team desperately needs to find a spark heading into the tournament. Starting Whigginton by splitting apart Haliburten and Babb may be it.

Anyone else think WVU may go back to their old ways of high pressure b-ball if NWB is out? The other guards will need to take better care of the rock, or turnovers could be an issue. We will need THT, LW, and a Shayok to have more controlled drives to the basket. WVU hardly pressured us at all in the earlier game compared to past seasons. It was kind of weird to watch them not hacking our guys as much.

Going to be really interesting what happens with the starting lineup in subsequent games assuming Babb is back. Would be pretty bold to pull LW back out of the lineup.

Gotta think TH goes to a bench role. This is kind of the excuse Prohm has needed to switch up the starting lineup.

Way up there
A little worried about handling the ball against the press without Babb but excited to see what Lindell can do back in the starting lineup. I'm sure he'll play great and the next 2 weeks will be jam packed with "Wigginton should be starting" threads.

Doubtful, they just don't have the headcount for it.

Poor Nick. I still find him underappreciated. We have been living on the edge of a cliff with his health all season long, though, and it seems to have caught up slightly.

I hope he can still start on senior night and play in Kansas City. If anybody thinks missing him does not reduce our chances in the postseason, they are insane.

He is the old man of the program. He deserves so much <3.

I really don't think they can. Huggins did an interview couple weeks ago on KC radio, and said he just doesn't have the personnel to run the press like he has in previous years.

Big part of that was Konate being out from the start. He was the front man on the press. Hugs has since lost Bolden to injury, and had to dismiss two other contributors.
